Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once our warehouse verifies the condition of the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
